1. Who is the Rat Race for?
We want you all - you do not have to be Superman or Wonder Woman to play at the Rat Race - we want all the Weekend Warriors that swarm all over Melbourne all the time to come along and have a crack at a range of unique and exciting activities and challenges - so if you know anyone who thinks they might not have what it takes - every one does - it's all about jumping in and having a go... It's built for everyone - no need to be fit - it's all about having fun...
2. Australian Kit List
If you do not know exactly what you require, please check out the Australian Kit List at the following link:
http://www.ratraceadventure.com/page241.asp
Basically, you'll need running shoes and water on Saturday night.
And Sunday, your trusty mountain bike (spare tyre tube would be advisable), helmet, a couple of energy bars, and lots of water again...
We'll have drinks down at the event village and places to fill up your hydration systems - no doubt Melbourne will turn the heat on, so you need to maintain your fluids...
3. Paddy Pallin - save on your Rat Race needs.....
Our friends at Paddy Pallin are giving everyone 10% off in-store to purchase any item you may need for the Rat Race. Take the attached evoucher along to one of their stores prior to Race day and grab what you need at a discounted price. Thanks PP...

4. Medical and Indemnity Waiver
Please go to the following link http://www.ratraceadventure.com/page243.asp to fill in and sign your waiver - please bring it to registration as it will save a bit of time...
5. Training Tip this week
Hmmm, James Tomkins was a very good rower for Australia - very good - maybe check out his form when you get a chance...
6. Entries Still Open
