1.) Birmingham Rat Race Adventure Challenge Open and ready for YOU with 30% off until New Years Day
Hello Rats of the Midlands. We can now announce the date for the Birmingham 2009 adventure challenge event, moving to a stunning new base at Centennary Square in the heart of the city on 30th and 31st of May 2009. That’s the first Rat Race of 2009 and not one to miss if you want to get your paws into the urban adventure series from the outset. And to kick off in style, we are re-opening our smokin’ hot Gunpowder plot deal for you, to ensure you do not miss out on the savings. All entries are offered at 30% off until New Years Day! Click here to enter.
2.) 15% off all other events
All of the other UK Rat Races for 2009 are still available to enter at our regular Early Bird rate until New Year’s Day. So lay that last mince pie aside and get entered – all places are DISCOUNTED BY 15% UNTIL NEW YEAR’S DAY.
3.) Belfast Rat Race
We will be announcing our Belfast date in the New Year. Don’t worry – we’ll open with an Early Bird deal so you won’t miss out. One for the New Years’ resolutions!
4.) Melbourne Rat Race 2008
Well, Melbourne was ratified in spectacular style. From Kung Fu Fighting to Aussie Rules, a quick snag from the Barby and an epic descent by ropes and wires from the roof of some really imposing grain silos, the event rocked and rolled through this super-cool and very welcoming Metropolis. In a bizarre Rat Race twist, the first fully fledged bad weather afflicted us Down Under over Rat Race weekend back in November – in what was meant to be the Aussie summer! But that didn’t dampen our spirits – Oh no. With a superb turnout for the inaugural adventure challenge event, the “Big Tent” down on Melbourne’s Waterfront echoed with the hum of the Rat Race circus in town and the Aussies definitely loved it. Aberdeen Asset Management of the UK fought back jet lag and stiff competition to proudly win in the Southern Hemisphere.
5.) More Rat Races are coming
There are always new cities knocking on our door, both at home and abroad. First up, keep your eyes peeled for further Antipodean dates to be announced shortly. In the UK, we hope to be adding another new adventure challenge city to the 2009 Series already – North, East, South or West… you wonder.
Well that’s it from us. We’ll catch you in the New Year for another brilliant Rat Race season and in the meantime, we wish you all the very best of the Festive Season.
