How to find us:

Horseplay is held at the Hambleden Estate, Fawley, Oxon RG9 3AP.

Entry to the event (and Parking) will be from the A4155 (Henley to Marlow road), between Benhams Lane and Dairy Lane. The entry will be well marked in hi-viz signage.

If travelling by car, please be mindful of participants arriving on foot, or by bike on the A4155, which can be narrow in places.

If travelling by foot or bike, please be mindful of fast-moving traffic on the A4155, and ensure you can be seen.

Parking:

Once off the main road, you’ll need to follow parking instructions from our marshals to ensure we get everybody safely in and out.

Parking will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis, all within the same field. If you wish to camp, an early arrival will give you a better chance of parking near the camping area.

If, for some unlikely reason, we need to direct vehicles to an alternative parking location, we will do so on the day using signage and marshals.

• DO drive carefully on-site, particularly in the dark. Be aware of soft and slippery ground, people, children, tents, signage and vehicles. Make clear your intentions as you manoeuvre, and take it super-easy.
• DO park respectfully. We will provide designated areas, which our marshals will direct you to. Arrive in plenty of time, be patient, and park only as instructed within our event venue.
• DO work with us in the plans we have for parking you all at the event. Our parking marshals will squeeze you all in, providing you’re helpful and nice. Drivers who are unhelpful or nasty may be asked to leave. Thank you.
