Newcastle/Gateshead Rat Race August 2010 will confirm dates and commence bookings in September 2009

The effervescent capital of Geordieland awaits as we paint the town red (or black and white, depending on your preference!) for a second year. After 2008’s outing along the Tyne, taking in a massive abseil from the mighty Tyne Bridge, some nautical adventures at Tynemouth and crazy navigation in and around the city centre, it’s time to set up camp once more at the magnificent Baltic Square in Gateshead and put the Rat to work carving an adventure out of these two cities straddling the famous River Tyne. Expect fun, frolics and a hugely entertaining selection of checkpoints for the Mean Streets as our planners invite you on a “big night oot doon toon” on the Saturday evening and on the Sunday, we will be following up with a Nine2Five course that again takes in some superlative landmarks of Newcastle and Gateshead.
