Galway bus station is right in the heart of the city just off Eyre Square.
They can carry bikes if there is room, so make sure you get there early! This will cost €11 each way, unless you have your bike folded and packed. Then it is free!

Regular trains to and from Dublin every day. Station is shared with bus station.

Galway Airport is located only a short drive from Galway City, about 10 minute drive. It has over 120 flights each week between Ireland and the UK aswell as having a number of flights to the rest of Europe.
