Tick, tock, tick, tock, time is rapidly disappearing as we steam towards the 1st Belfast Rat Race. Are you ready? We are excited about the course and about ratifying Belfast for the first time. In true Rat Race style, you won’t find out where you’ll be going until Saturday itself, but in the meantime cast your mind over your knowledge of the city and where we might be going; Belfast will show you its urban, green, maritime and culinary sides this weekend and you will hopefully get to see some bits of the city you have never been to; maybe even never heard of!

The Rat Race is coming to town. Belfast is buzzing and both myself and Stewart Caithness (course director) have been working on the structure of the race for the past few weeks. Its a fascinating and vibrant City that has literally flung open its doors in anticipation of the Rat Pack descending onto its streets for the ultimate urban adventure
