The inaugural London Rat Race 2007 saw the urban adventure challenge travel across 14 London boroughs, with unprecedented access to some of the most famous venues in the UK and an eclectic mixture of Rat Race adventure racing, adrenalin and all round action the length and breadth of the city. We came back for more in 08 and now it’s year 3 of the London Rat Race - arguably the greatest urban adventure challenge in the World! This is a roller coaster ride through the coolest city on the planet; join us in the home of the (original) Rat Race as we turn London into one giant adventure playground in the name of sport.

Bungee or abseil from 150 feet above Tower Bridge!

This year, the Rat Race event village will play host to two fantastic activities – the mighty bungee and our super Skyline abseil. Working with our friends at Extreme Element, www.exelement.co.uk, you can book a place on either and enjoy views of the London skyline before plummeting down to Terra Firma on an elastic cord or on a rope!
