Abseil/Climbing Crew
ABSEIL/CLIMBING SUPERVISORS WANTED !!!
We need staff to help run and supervise the abseil element of the Rat Race. We need SPA or CWA (with abseil) qualified staff, as well as experienced assistants (e.g SPA trained, CWA trained or experience of abseil towers etc). People with some climbing experience but unqualified are also needed. This is great log book experience for NGB awards.
Rates of pay are as follows;
Qualified £75,
Assistant (trained and some experience) £50
Unqualified-various rates and free equipment vouchers.
Plus Rat Race Buff and T-shirt to all staff.
Approximate hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm on the Sunday with a few staff needed on
Saturday to train participants and pre-rig.
You should be able to make your way to the event at your own expense because travel and subsistence expenses are not paid.
