Over 16's
Did you know that if you are under 18 but 16 or over you can still enter the Belfast event. All you have to do is have a parent or guardian sign a letter of consent and then you are good to go!

Tiso Adventure Industry category
Do you work in the outdoor industry? Tiso Belfast have given us £200 worth of vouchers for the winners of the adventure industry category. The event is a great way of team building outside of the centre atmosphere or a great way of finishing off the season. Make a weekend of it, with the after party in Belfast city; you know it’s going to be good fun! Your team will also receive a 10% discount on their entry fee; enter more than one team and get a 15% discount. Registration day - 18th July
This Saturday 18th, Siobhan from our Irish office is going to be setting up a registration/ Question & Answers table from 11am - 3pm at Tiso in Belfast. Channel 4 to make Rat Race TV Series for transmission in September
It seems the Rat Race is never far from celluloid these days and we are proud to confirm that Channel 4 are to run a special Series covering some of this year’s events, featuring 30 minute programmes on Edinburgh on 6th September, Sheffield on 13th September and Belfast on 20th September.
