Entry Policy

• No refunds are issued to competitors once an event has been entered unless an event has had to be cancelled in advance of its taking place. In this instance, entry fees shall be refunded in full by the organisers upon request. Refunds shall be paid within 28 days of the written request by the competitor to the organiser for the refunded monies and shall be made by company cheque from Detail Events Ltd payable to the individual requesting the refund. These refunds shall be made to the person requesting the refund only and not as team aggregate amounts.
• A refund may be requested if an event is postponed to another date.
• If an event is re-located, no refunds shall be given if the event is re-located within an area of 50 miles radius of the initial published event location.
• Entries may be transferred between competitors up to five days prior to an event, save with the express instruction of the event organiser that this is not the case, announced publicly through the event website or individually, in writing, to the competitor(s) in question.
• Entries may be transferred between categories up to five days prior to an event provided any additional costs that are relevant are paid in full.
• Entries may be deferred to a future event subject to availability being available in that event. You must nominate which event you would like to defer your entry at least five days before the date of the event in which you had originally paid to enter.
• Any deferment of entry to a future event must be taken up the end of the next calendar year to which you had originally entered the event.
• No partial refunds on entries are available, but a credit may be given towards future events at the discretion of the organiser.
• Where equipment is provided to competitors, all reasonable care is expected to be exercised by competitors over this equipment.
