What: Rat Race London – The UK’s largest adventure race ever!
Where: All over London. Event base in central London.

Duration
Mean Streets Class: 3 hours maximum on Saturday Evening. Typically 5-8pm
Adventure Class: 3 hours maximum on Saturday, as above. 6 hours minimum on Sunday. Typical start time for Sunday 0730
Business class: You can race in “Business class” in either category above (Mean Streets or Adventure). There is no difference in the physical challenges. It is an “upgrade” of entry inclusions designed for corporate teams
Disciplines: Running/ walking, Biking, Kayaking, Rope-related pursuits, Parkour, Orienteering, Secret sections
Length of Course: Saturday 15km max (you do as much as you can in the 3 hour time limit, at your own pace). Sunday 80km max – most of which is on bikes
Team Composition: 3 team members, mixed sex teams. BUT we will also allow single sex teams to race; these teams will NOT be able to win the event outright however.
Competitor Age: The minimum age for all competitors (Adventure & Mean Streets Class) is 16. Parent consent must be submitted if under 18.
Team Limit: 350 teams in the event between all classes
Support Crew: None allowed during race periods in any class
Who can enter: Anyone who is fit or who enjoys a challenge can enter
Entry Method: Download, print and post online entry form and send a cheque or complete the form online and pay by credit card/ Switch online
Entry Closes: 2 weeks before the event – book early to avoid disappointment – the London Rat Race is the UK’s biggest adventure race
