Your Rat Reward Code

This is the key you need to unlock your 15% discount across the World of the Rat Race. You will receive a Rat Reward code by email when you make an online purchase. This single code is able to be used to achieve discounts across Rat Race Events, Urban Gym and Store products. It will also be able to be used with some of our training and travel partners.

How do I join the Rat Race and receive a Rat Reward Code:

Easy as 1 or 2 or 3.

  1. Go to RatRaceAdventure.com and purchase. It can be an event, piece of kit or an Urban Gym membership. Basically, anything we sell. You just need to spend over £50 on kit in a single transaction.
  2. Check your purchase Confirmation Email for your Rat Reward Code
  3. Use your code when making further purchases when prompted at the checkout page for the ‘Promotion or Rat Reward Code.

Q: Can I use my Rat Reward Code at the events?

A: No. Only valid online.

Q: Can it be used in conjunction with event early bird pricing?

A: Yes. Early sign ups get the best offers. The early bird (or rat) catches the worm!

Q: Do I get a discount on extra items I buy from the entry form when using my Rat Reward Code to get a discount on an event entry?

A: No. This will not be discounted by the code. We try to price these items competitively and postage (where required) is free.

Q: Is there a minimum spend on to redeem my Rat Reward Code at RatRacestore.com?

A: No. (But for 2010 codes you need to spend at least the value of the Code.)

Q: Can I use my Rat Reward Code at the events?

A: No. Only valid online. We discount prices at the event shop already.

Q: Can I use my Rat Reward code to get a discount on kit hire?

A: No. But members of the Store eNewsletter can use their 10% discount.

Q: I have made two purchases and have two Rat Rewards Codes. Can I combine them?

A: No. Only one code can be redeemed per transaction.

Q: Can I use the same code more than once at RatRaceStore.com?

A: Yes in 2011 (2010 codes are single use though).

Q: I am a member of the Rat Race Store eNewsletter. Can I use my 10% member discount with my Rat Reward Code?

A: No. Only one code can be used per transaction.

Q: I never got my code. Why not?

A. It may have gone your spam or we do not have the right email address for you. Check your spam folder and then please contact us if you cannot find it.

Q: I have made two purchases and have two Rat Race Rewards Codes. Can I combine them?

A: No. Only one code can be redeemed per transaction.

Q: Is my Code case sensitive?

A: Yes. Please enter the code into the Discount Code box at the online check out in the format you received it.

Q: What if I lose my code?

A: Please contact us and we can send you it again.

Q: Is my code active straight away?

A: Usually yes. It will be a maximum of 5 working days to get it active in the worse case scenario. If you can’t wait please get in touch.

Q: I have tried my code in the correct format but it does not work. What do I do?

A: Contact us by email or phone and we will investigate.
